DETAILS: Participants do not need to be an artist or have any experience in the creative arts! Participants simply need an open mind to ponder one specific self-reflection question presented, a willing heart, and a hand to move. Each participant will have access to art supplies for the creation of one piece. Ideas will be provided depending on the type of participant group and their stage of life and circumstances. A wide range of self-reflection questions and projects are available. Sarah from Atlas Art Press will bring materials and supplies to your location.

We also support non-profit organizations focused on the messiest parts of life.
